This post is advertised in conjunction with R170346 (Teaching Fellow in Clinical Pharmacy Practice). Please note that there is one post available; an appointment will be made at either Lecturer or Teaching Fellow. Your application will only be considered for the post that you have applied for.
Applications are invited for a new post as a Lecturer in Clinical Pharmacy Practice. The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to teaching, learning and assessment in the area of clinical pharmacy and health assessment. This is an opportunity to join one of the leading Pharmacy Schools in the UK and applicants must demonstrate an enthusiasm for education and a commitment to the development of Pharmacy as a profession. Aston Pharmacy School is a leading provider of advanced clinical pharmacy training and research.
Applicants for a Lectureship must have a good first degree in pharmacy or related health discipline and have or be near to completing a doctorate. In addition to teaching, a successful candidate would be expected to pursue a personal research programme in the general areas of clinical pharmacy, medicines optimisation, or advanced clinical practice.
