Are you an experienced public engagement practitioner looking for a leadership role? Do you have brilliant ideas and the skills to make them happen? Are you committed to reaching new audiences?
We are looking for an ambitious and talented public engagement specialist to lead an exciting 5 year programme of work. You will manage 4 direct reports working across public engagement, patient involvement, communications and communities, along with developing knowledge and skills in PE across the wider team and our research community.
We are looking for an exceptional practitioner, and nurturing manager, who has the drive to work with us to achieve our vision of becoming a UK centre of excellence in engagement and involvement. Excellent organisational and project management skills are essential.
You may be required on a weekly basis to also work across hospital sites in Greater Manchester which will include: Central Manchester NHS Foundation Trust, The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust and Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, and also work across Greater Manchester.
