Grade 8: £39,324 - £46,924 with a discretionary range to £51,260 p.a.

Working as part of a small, effective and motivated team you will contribute directly to the MPLS Division’s priorities, which include student support, the endowment of key research and teaching positions, and the development of new facilities for teaching and research.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced development professional with a strong track record of securing major gifts and a confident approach to achieving ambitious income targets. You possess diplomacy, creativity and outstanding communication skills, and are able to operate comfortably in a large, complex institution with multiple stakeholders. A graduate or equivalent with an interest in education and the impact of scientific research and technology, you will have the credibility and confidence to influence at the highest level and engage others in the goals of the University. You have a collaborative and flexible working style and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
