We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and dedicated Engagement and Impact Facilitator to ensure that BU’s research benefits our society and economy.

The post holder will be responsible for major cross-institutional initiatives, such as the Festival of Learning and Festival of Enterprise, leading the growth of BU’s reputation for excellence in research and engagement. They will also use their expert knowledge to advise colleagues across the institution on how to collaborate externally in order to deliver demonstrable research impact.

The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of research impact, experience of leading large events, demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects and a passion for ensuring that research makes a difference.
