Salary: £39,324 to £41,709 (with progression to £46,924)

Applications are invited for the post of Planning and Performance Manager in the Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering. This new role provides an exciting opportunity to help shape the Faculty’s strategy and take a lead in providing and analysing management information, supporting academic planning and advising senior decision-makers. You will lead the REF preparations for the Faculty and champion the Equality and Diversity agenda, working closely with the Faculty Director of Diversity and Equality and Diversity Officer.
You will be experienced in higher education administration, particularly relating to the REF, data analysis and the presentation of information. You will have a good understanding of key metrics and the ability to communicate and engage with the academic community at all levels. You will lead a team of three, working closely with other senior managers in the Faculty to provide management information and strategic planning expertise across all schools and support services in the Faculty.
