Funded by the British Heart Foundation, we seek an enthusiastic individual to investigate a new cardioprotection mechanism targeting the renin–angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS). You will be highly motivated with a PhD having extensive experience in Cardiac Physiology, Cell Signalling, Molecular Biology. Experience in in vivo work will be preferable. The post will be based in the lab of Prof Xin wang and Wei Liu. You will join a large, dynamic community of cardiovascular scientists in the Faculties of Biology, Medicine and Health at The University of Manchester.
