College Porter

£16,088 per annum

As part of our busy Facilities Management Department, you will work closely with our maintenance teams to ensure the campus is presentable, safe and secure. Your main duties will include general portering and waste recycling. Our campus and facilities are outstanding and you will have a key role to play ensuring the campus is well-maintained, clean and tidy at all times.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a similar role. You will have a flexible approach and be part of a dedicated team delivering exceptional standards of work. A full driving licence is essential as you would need to drive college vehicles around the campus as part of the role.

We offer an attractive package with initially 25 days leave, increasing to 30 days, plus bank holidays; Local Government Pension Scheme and support for training & development.
