At Registry Services, we have overall responsibility for the student record, as well as the maintenance and continuous improvement of the systems that store it. We work with faculties and departments to support processes relating to the entire student journey, from application to award and graduation, and act as a source of advice on how those processes can be improved through the use and development of our student systems.

Client Services is one of several teams within Registry Services. As a Client Services Assistant you will play a key role working alongside colleagues within the team to provide high quality customer service for different customer groups from across the university community.

As an advocate for the range of student systems supported by the team you will promote good practice and seek feedback on processes and procedures through engagement with customer groups, which will support continuous improvement to ensure that the student systems are operating effectively according to business needs.

As a University, we have many strengths; amongst staff and students there is a sense of common purpose and commitment to the nature of higher education we offer. This is a fantastic opportunity to further improve our service and ensure practices are leading within our field.
