The Role

We are looking for high-calibre Administration Assistants to join our Academic Services teams. We are commencing on a large programme of process improvement and need the right people to help drive this programme to success.
We are looking for someone to provide high quality, efficient and effective administrative. Candidates should have experience of working in a similar fast-paced environment, be willing to undertake a wide range of tasks and be able to perform well under pressure. You will be expected to work independently, as well as within a team. You will need to work well with people, have exceptional communication skills. You will need to demonstrate exemplary IT skills and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and SharePoint. You will apply a logical and methodical approach to your work and have the tenacity to drive your work to completion.
