Working with the Senior Executive Assistant (SEA) to the Dean of the Faculty, the Faculty Manager and the Faculty Education Team you will work across a range of activities within the Faculty Office. Duties will include: diary management, ordering consumables, liaising with staff and students, maintaining records, producing documentation, including student transcripts and letters, as well as general administrative duties. Your daily duties will also include working on the student-facing Reception Desk in the Faculty Office for a period; at which you will deal with a range of enquires, both face-to-face and via telephone/email, from a diverse student cohort. You may also be required to take meeting notes/minutes to cover for the SEA, when appropriate, and support the Faculty Education Team.

You will need to demonstrate excellent IT, organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a busy and flexible workload, whilst meeting deadlines. Good interpersonal skills are required to fill this role as well as a customer service based work ethic. You must enjoy working in and contributing to a team, be willing to learn new procedures and have the ability to respond positively to change.
