School of the Arts
You will support students and staff in using the Music technical facilities including the recording studios, Mac suites, Digital Games room, practice rooms and concert spaces, and supports the safe and effective use of the Music building and its facilities. You should have a BTEC National Level (or equivalent) and previous experience of supporting large mixing console based recording/mixing, PA systems, audio/video for live concert streaming and software based music production. The role sits within the section of the Team supporting the Department of Music and is occasionally involved in supporting the wider School of the Arts with events such as Open Days and Applicant Discovery Days.
