The salary will be paid at Grade 5, £28,098 to £32,548 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.

This post will be a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months

Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates for the position of Research Facilitator. Please note this is purely an administrative role and the post holder will join a very friendly admin team to provide support to the Head of Department and senior academics.

The post holder will also be responsible for a wide range of admin for research projects including the development and provision of a high-quality research administration service to facilitate the achievement of the departmental research objectives.

The post holder will develop a comprehensive understanding of each of the research projects’ aims and objectives, and the corresponding budgets ensuring that deadlines are met, income and expenditure is allocated to appropriate budgets, and that contracts and grant management runs smoothly across the projects.

The selection process will include competency based questions and a panel interview.
