Are you an aspiring leader with a demonstrable track record of driving teaching excellence and student success for learners and leading on student engagement within the HE or FE sectors and the ability to drive innovation and excellence?
Would the challenge of developing and embedding a consolidated teaching and learning strategy and driving up continuation and completion rates within a unique, vibrant, entrepreneurial College in the City of London excite you?
Building on a period of transformational change, St. Patrick’s College is seeking a new Vice Principal to lead on teaching excellence and student success and the development of a new teaching and learning strategy.

The role involves a high degree of autonomy in developing the quality of the programmes the College offers and positioning St. Patrick’s for the future.
You will be an inspirational leader with experience of teaching and learning and how excellence might be attained, especially on vocational courses, and the enthusiasm to bring these skills to bear in a truly unique environment. Your strategic thinking skills and commitment to embedded excellence will be used to their full potential as the key responsibilities include taking a leading role in the growth and development of the College and building its reputation as a high quality provider within the sector.

It’s a strong foundation on which to build, and the possibilities for the right candidate are substantial.
We look forward to hearing from you if this sounds like a challenge that would inspire you.
