MOL have an exciting opportunity to for a HR tutor on a Fixed Term (12 months), full time (37hrs per week) basis to join our growing CIPD online development and delivery team.The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for teaching/training to develop materials and run our online/virtual activities within our CIPD courses.This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to get away from face-to-face teaching and expand their skill set to the new technological world of education. Alternatively, this might be an opportunity for a strong HR professional with a passion for training. All online facilitation training will be provided.No previous experience of online delivery is necessary, just a passion for teaching and a knowledge of HR or CIPD materials. This role will be based in Manchester and is office based, although working from home is encouraged where appropriate (depending on the candidate`s preference). The role will involve some evening webinar delivery so flexibility towards working hours will be necessary.This role will be working closely with our team of tutors to provide an outstanding learning experience and excellent online materials, and may also include delivery of face-to-face workshops, marking, assessment.MOL are a national professional education provider of over 30 years of experience.
