Part Time Lecturer. Creative Arts and Media. Part Time (average 7 hours per week)

Leicester College Creative Arts department is looking to appoint a Part Time Lecturer in 3D/Jewellery Design. The successful candidate will have a range of 3D design skills including the use of wood, metals and plastics. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting, creative and well-resourced department at Leicester College.
Your role will be to teach a range of 3D skills and processes to students across a range of levels and art related courses.
Ideally with a degree or equivalent industrial experience in a related Arts subject you will also have the ability to work as part of a team and undertake teaching duties including planning and preparation of lessons, maintenance of workshops, stock control and to provide consistent and reliable support that enables learners to develop their skills and knowledge. You must be Educated to Level 2 minimum in maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent).
You will have excellent communication skills and a 'can do' approach to tasks. Experience of working with students would be beneficial.
