Are you someone that is wanting a little more flexibility than working 9-5 Monday to Friday, every week?
We have a client that not only offers excellent flexibility in terms of when you work your hours, but how many you work each week. They put their employees first and accomodate them for life outside the office. This attitude has seen dramatic results. The firm continue to go from strength to strength and this is largely due to the terrific culture they have established. As long as you are getting results then the firm is going to be increasingly comfortable allowing you to manage your time effectively and you won't be tied to your desk for every single minute of business hours.
The successful candidate will have gained local CA experience in another firm prior to this. You will ideally be CA qualified or working your way towards this qualification.
The firm is extremely flexible on the hours you work each week, some of which can be done from home. They are ideally wanting someone who can committ to 18+ hours per week. You must be comfortable preparing financial statements and tax returns for a range of clientele and having direct communication with them.
The client is ideally wanting to secure someone on a permanent basis but is equally happy considering someone wanting a position of this nature purely for a temporary period.
Being a smaller firm they have an excellent and relaxed culture and fully understand the demands of family - as such can show flexibility regarding the hours worked and this can fluctuate accordingly throughout the length of the contract covering quiet/busy periods and school holidays etc.
