Prestige Limited is a well-established multi-trade property maintenance service provider operating throughout the Central North Island. We are a customer-focused organisation who provides first class services through our dedicated team of highly skilled and experienced staff.

This permanent role involves undertaking responsive and planned carpentry and domestic home maintenance work.  You may have periods of working on one property and at other times be carrying out multiple small jobs in a day.   Duties include:

• Replacing window catches
• Plaster board patching
• General house repairs
• Fence repairs / replace
• Installing smoke alarms
• Fitting tracks and curtains

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Be an experienced, competent, handy person with a versatile skill set in domestic property home maintenance
• Have a reliable work history in trades related work
• Have good measuring skills
• Have a good understanding of NZ Health and Safety standards and work practices
• Have a can do attitude and positive outlook
• Have proven your ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality
• Be able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
• Have no recent serious convictions.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
• Have full driver's licence
• Have quality work related references
