Construction in Auckland is gathering momentum and as such AE Smith has a full time position for a qualified or experienced HVAC Site Manager to work on a variety of Commercial Projects in the greater Auckland area.
We are looking for a person with the following attributes;
- Trade qualified HVAC Engineer or a minimum of 10 years' working in the HVAC industry.
- The ability to control, read and understand complex work drawings.
- Have a Site Safe Passport
- Can supervise a team of at least 20 tradesmen and subcontractors.
- You will also need a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
