As a Resident Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for managing your customer base and workload across the Taupo region. Your knowledge and experience on a wide variety of machines and your extraordinary diagnostic skills will play a crucial role in your success.

You will work in the field on a huge variety of gear performing a range of tasks, including fault finding, diagnosing, repairing, troubleshooting, servicing and preventative maintenance.

You will need:

• to be a qualified heavy diesel mechanic with extensive experience working on CAT machines
• exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
• to take pride in your workmanship
• sensational communication skills and customer service
• self-motivation, a positive attitude and the ability to think for yourself.
