NEW WORLD WESTEND - ROTORUA
Qualified Butcher
We are seeking a Qualified Butcher to join our Butchery team at New World Westend.
We seek a qualified butcher who is genuinely passionate about butchery with a drive to provide the best butchery offering in Rotorua. You will have had experience in a supermarket environment with a proven record of excellence. You will have strong people skills, be well organized, with an eye for detail and making the most of opportunities.
You will be responsible for providing an appealing butchery department on a daily basis to meet the demands of our customers. This will be done using safe food practices while maintaining financial performance targets for the department & motivating, and engaging the rest of the team.
We pride ourselves on growing our own butchers through the Foodstuffs Apprenticeship programme, so the successful applicant will need to be a qualified butcher to be able to guide and assess our people through the process.
