Fleet Maintenance & Service Manager - Auckland
Our client is looking for a Fleet Maintenance & Service Manager to take the reins of their maintenance department. Looking after more than 800 units, this role will suit an experienced fleet manager with heavy diesel technical qualifications.
The right candidate will have a high level of autonomy in this role and will be responsible for the operation and delivery of essential maintenance tasks, breakdowns and servicing. Technical qualifications and fleet management experience are essential as is an in depth understanding of all facets of the maintenance process.
Role Essential Requirements;
- Diesel Technician Qualifications
- 3 years+ experience in a similar role
- Proactive approach to fleet care
- Logical pricing and invoicing authorisation
- Strong financial & logistical understanding
- Attention to detail is critical
- Approachable and friendly demeanour with dealer network
- Vehicle spec and pricing experience
- Flexibility in all aspects of the role
