Therefore, this role is perfect for the individual who is self-motivated and interested continuing to develop their skills and knowledge of the industry.

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 5 years' experience in the construction industry
• Proven previous on-site experience in a leadership role
• Comprehensive knowledge of the building process from start to finish
• The ability to read plans, blueprints and drawings
• Good communication skills and the ability to clearly direct a team
• The ability to think quickly when on site and come up with solutions to the various problems that may arise

Your new duties will include:

• Supervising the day to day activities of a large team of workers
• Coordinating and allocating general site duties
• Monitoring Health & Safety procedures to ensure on site compliance
• Reporting progress to supervisors, engineers etc
