Specific duties include:
- Customer services
- Providing friendly and accurate advice
- Processing sales
- Answering phone queries
- Managing inventory of parts (accuracy and eye for detail)
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous work experience in automotive industry and a keenness to learn advantageous
- Excellent computer skills, a quick learner
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Clear communication style
- Good attention to detail
- A flexible ‘can do attitude’
- Your willingness to learn!
