Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. Due to growth we are seeking a Fixed Term Quality Specialist- Administrator to join our growing team for initially three months.
As Quality Specialist - Administrator you will provide strong support on document control, procedure management, systems reviews and verification from a quality perspective. You will also support the Quality Team in investigating non-conformances and CAPA management, and support internal and external audits.
Skills / experience:
- Previous experience in a dairy manufacturing or food environment and knowledge of food safety and HACCP systems is essential
- A Food Technology or Science degree is preferred
- Experience in a milk powder plant is desirable but not essential
- Experience in Audits, formal audit training is desirable but not essential
- The ability to communicate effectively and have a disciplined and methodical approach
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Be able to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
- Have strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability and experience to review documents against relevant dairy legislation
