The Company
My client is in the professional services industry and has been building a name for themselves in the NZ market. They require a contractor for the next 3-4 months due to changes in their team.
The Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Preparing and analyzing the monthly management accounts
- Fulfilling tax requirements and returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of financial statements
- Internal audit and contract review
- Reviewing of junior staff work and assisting in any ad-hoc tasks
Your Profile
To be eligible for this role you will be CA qualified and have worked in a similar role. You will have strong excel and communication skills. Ideally you will come from a Banking, Insurance or Financial Services background.
