ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a GO-getter Payroll Officer to join our busy Finance team, providing expertise and assistance on all things to do with Payroll.  This is a permanent part-time role working approximately 25 hours a fortnight.  Your responsibilities include:-

  • Processing employee salary & wage payments using MYOB Exo Payroll.
  • Processing employee commission & bonus payments.
  • Preparing and distributing employee payslips.
  • Prepare payroll reporting including Exo Time & Attendance.
  • Work with the Finance Manager around changes & improvements to our payroll system and management.

Your fantastic MYOB Exo Payroll and communication skills will ensure your success in this role.  You will have superb attention to detail and be adept at using your initiative to solve problems, along with experience running and polling time clocks (Time & Attendance).  You will thrive in an open and friendly work environment and with 5+ years experience in a similar role, you'll be a superstar.
