Our exceptional team has an opportunity for an independent contractor to join us in Residential Leasing who wants flexibility and is results driven.
As Residential Leasing Contractor you will be required to lease as many of the residential properties you are provided as soon as possible. Your earning potential is based on the number of properties you let, so you will have the opportunity to grow your earnings!
The responsibilities for this role includes but is not limited to:
- Ensuring you get listing forms with all relevant details and keys from the Property Management Team.
- Liaising with existing tenants to arrange viewing times for prospective applicants.
- Using Viewing Tracker to set viewing times, check book-ins, and communicate with prospective tenants.
- Scheduling viewings in a timely manner - each property listed will ideally have viewings set for at least 2 times per week.
- Showing potential applicants through the properties, answer property and application related questions, and gather applications manually or through Tenancy Tracker.
- Liaising with relevant Property Managers to give updates on viewings, suggestions on condition/rent levels, and suggest preferred applicants.
- Carrying out credit and reference checks based on Property Management feedback. Using TINZ and Tenancy Tracker and discussing results with the Property Manager.
- Giving all details of the preferred applicant to the Property Manager who will load it into Palace (PM software).
- Completing the signup paperwork and securing payment from the new tenant.
- A new tenant is seen as secured once a signed Tenancy Agreement is returned and the Letting Fee is paid.
This role is flexible, and hours are worked dependent on what is needed to get the desired results (i.e. quick letting of properties).

- Great time management and organisational skills
- Stickability.
The package you will receive is:
- Commission on letting fees paid
- $150 per month towards vehicle costs
- Fuel card provided
- Mobile device for bookings/tracking will be supplied
