Our clients are the ‘local specialists’ helping to place quality tenants in the regions rental properties and have experienced rapid growth due to their outstanding service they offer their landlords. They are currently looking for an Experienced Property Manager for their Property Management team.  They are very interested in hearing from experienced Property Managers who have the following attributes: -

• Skilled communicator capable of dealing with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds
• Time management and the ability to work in a constantly change environment
• Are well presented and spoken
• Have a current & clean NZ Drivers licence
• Extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Be prepared to go “the extra mile”
• Attention to detail a MUST!
