Construction Litigation Lawyer - Intermediate

We have a rare opportunity for an intermediate lawyer to join New Zealand's leading construction firm. 
 
This role is within our highly respected construction litigation team, which handles a wide range of work including resolving construction disputes via mediation, arbitration, adjudication, litigation and negotiation, and the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts, for clients such as local authorities, principals, consultants and contractors.
 
We are looking for a motivated lawyer with 3-5 years’ quality construction experience from a reputable firm, whether in construction dispute resolution or in front end drafting – both would be ideal.  You’ll have  great communication skills and a commitment to excellent client service.  You will get plenty of top quality work, and will be working in a cohesive, collegial team, with fantastic mentoring on offer from the Partners and Senior Associates. With the team’s collaborative working style you’ll be learning from leaders in the construction field.   You’ll also get the opportunity to gain mentoring skills of your own, providing support to more junior solicitors within this high performing and supportive team.
