About The Role
At DLA Piper New Zealand, our success depends upon our most important asset - our people.
We are looking for a Solicitor to join our national Real Estate team based in our Auckland office. The ideal candidate will have between 2 - 3 years' PQE and will have Commercial Real Estate experience.
You must be comfortable advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including core competencies for acquisitions and divestments, leasing, infrastructure, project and development work, often working with other practice areas of the firm. We are seeking someone who is driven to achieve results while also contributing to a supportive close-knit team environment.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have a strong client focus, as well as excellent legal, analytical and interpersonal skills that will allow you to deliver commercial solutions for clients.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will require outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload. You will need to be highly motivated, and have maturity. We are looking for a team player, who will continue to offer the high levels of service that DLA Piper's clients have come to expect.
