We are currently looking for a Management Accountant to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

You will take responsibility for all operational level management accounting functions at a local level. This includes but is not limited to monthly management accounts, statutory reporting and budgets. They also ensure that all accounting related tasks are professionally executed according to company and legal requirements.

What we expect you to do

• Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable and cash management functions and ensure they are optimally executed on the available systems.
• Ensure the required reports are produced, analysed and used at an operational level, including statutory reports and management accounts.
• Preparation of management reports and reconciliations.
• Assist with the development and compilation of the budget pack.
• Assist with the execution of compliance testing.
• Assist with ensuring legal compliance with regards to legal fiscal and tax requirements in relation to the geographies in which it operate.

Here's what we are looking for in candidates for this job

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel skills including the ability to produce financial models and macros.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
• A solid understanding of financial accounting.
• 4 – 6 years’ working experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Good time management skills.
• Demonstrate a high analytical ability.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to self-manage and is deadline driven.
• Display high levels of integrity.
• Display good planning and organising ability.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
