Barworks Hospitality Group is serving up the best of New Zealand and the world at their new bars and cafés. The Gipsy Moth is located in the domestic terminal, and Glamp Grounds is located at the international terminal. We are seeking Duty Managers at each establishment.
As our Duty Manager, you’ll have worked hard to get to here, and your bar and restaurant management skills will oversee shifts in our venues. An airport operates around the clock, so of course, you’ll need to be able to work a range of shifts across any given week; flexibility is essential, along with at least one year of experience leading a team in a similar high-volume bar environment.
The Duty Manager will need to blend a range of skills. You will already be a DM in a restaurant or Bar, and be keen to grow and develop with a well-known Hospitality Group who are at the top of their game. The Duty Manager is responsible for the overall smooth and efficient operation of the venue to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and profitability for the business.
