Requirements for this role include:

  • Previous Front Office experience of at least 3 years
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to oversee the hotel operation in the absence of the General Manager and Senior Duty Manager
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work over a 7 day roster
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of PMS systems advantageous
  • Preferably hold a Current General Managers certificate
  • Must hold a Full New Zealand drivers license

The successful candidate will be meticulously well presented, confident and highly organised. You should be self motivated and self disciplined and have a natural ability to work within a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
