Requirements for this role include:
- Previous Front Office experience of at least 3 years
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to oversee the hotel operation in the absence of the General Manager and Senior Duty Manager
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work over a 7 day roster
- Previous supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of PMS systems advantageous
- Preferably hold a Current General Managers certificate
- Must hold a Full New Zealand drivers license
The successful candidate will be meticulously well presented, confident and highly organised. You should be self motivated and self disciplined and have a natural ability to work within a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
