Assistant Lodge manager at a luxury lodge located the top of the South Island.

Must be able to demonstrate experience in all areas, have a can do attitude and the ability to work within a small team that thrives on multi tasking, At least 4 years in the hospitality industry

Proven ability to work well under pressure and takes pride in providing the best customer experience for our international guests.

Daily responsibilities include, front and back of house, guest liaison, restaurant service, purchasing, rosters, staff training and ensuring procedures are meet to ensure the seamless running of the business.

Must have current LCQ, is currently living in New Zealand and can demonstrate the right to work in New Zealand.
