Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Receiving and verifying invoices through to payment
- Reconciling creditor balances to creditor statements
- Preparing invoices for data entry
- Maintenance of all appropriate documentation
- Monthly cheque reporting
- Responding to internal and external queries
- Following up on overdue and missing invoices
Operating in a busy work environment in the Auckland CBD, you will be providing high-level accounts payable functions. Intermediate level data entry and Excel skills are required, alongside excellent verbal and written communication capabilites.
