Contract Manager

There is a current Contract Manager vacancy at one of their customers centrally located private hospital sites, MercyAscot. MercyAscot has a heritage that goes back over 117 years and is one of the largest private surgical facilities within New Zealand.

With cutting edge facilities spread across two sites, they are now seeking an articulate, financially astute and self-motivated person to lead housekeeping services within the Mercy Hospital business.

A Contract Manager role of this stature, truly does not come up very often and has a beautiful mix of strategy, innovation and people management. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute and be able to contribute to the leadership team and deliver upon various projects. The Contract Manager will lead the service delivery team and support them in their areas of expertise; hospitality and soft services. Ideally you will come from a heath care background and understand the difference of private vs public. Perhaps your background is in hotel management but you've had enough of hotels or food services and are looking for a fresh move? You will have some superb Operations Management experience behind you that you wish to showcase. You will have some experience with Union participation, performance management or hospital level care.
