We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Seafarers. Seafarers are part of the Savor Hospitality group which includes Ostro, Seafarers, Members Club. The successful candidate must have the below skills.

  • Proficient computer Skills including excel.
  • Understanding of KPI's.
  • Michelin Star/Hat restaurant experience.
  • Proficient in Sous Vide techniques.
  • Proficient in modern techniques.  
  • Able to do admin such as wages, food costs, menu costing, etc.
