We are currently looking for a professional and experienced Assistant Manager to be part of the ongoing success of The Grill. Alongside the Restaurant Manager, you'll play an integral part the day to day running of the restaurant as well as in leading, training, developing and motivating the team to ensure a first class dining experience.
To be successful in this role, you'll have proven high end restaurant experience in a similar type role and strong industry networks. You'll also have an outgoing, inspirational presence and the ability to think on your feet and feel comfortable thinking strategically.
