THE CLIENT AND POSITION

Our client is a familiar name in the Chartered Accounting market and has a growing Business Services division. Working closely with the Partners, you will be managing with a diverse range of clients from HNWI, SME's, trust and partnerships to multinational companies at various stages of their business life-cycle from start up to succession planning.
There is already and established team to manage a lot of the compliance, we are particularly interested in the 'movers and shakers' who are looking to move up the ladder, gain exposure to new areas of accounting and be rewarded for their efforts with promotional opportunities.
You will be encouraged to partner with the clients, build your own portfolio to manage and take a vested interest in their success. This may include providing advice in the areas of business improvement, tax structuring, business modelling and range of other advisory focused initiatives.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be eligible for this position you must have a minimum of 3 years experience within a New Zealand Chartered Accounting firm and will ideally be CA qualified. As this role is client facing, we are seeking people with the personality to be able to engage with a build client relationships.
Salary is highly competitive and commensurate with experience.
