Previous management skills

4 years Subway experience and familiar with all Subway systems

Capable of organising staff

Have good time management skills

Have a pleasant manner and personality

Be honest and reliable

Have a current and clean drivers license - hours 6.30 am - 10.00 pm

Posses good communication skills with staff and customers

Be able to maintain staff moral and harmony to create a pleasant work environment.

Duties include daily banking, maintain bread levels as required, record weekly stock takes accurately, weekly stock ordering to maintain stock levels, supervise and train staff to Subway standards, maintain good productivity levels, weekly rosters posted two weeks in advanced.  Some cleaning as required

Ensure shop is  in compliance with Subway standards at all times.
