The Casino is the heart of the SKYCITY business and the services and facilities that we offer Casino customers is paramount to our success. Our Bars on the Casino floor serve over 2,200 beverages a day to both local and international customers and we're on the hunt for an experienced Bar Manager to work with our Food & Beverage Manager to run the Casino Bars portfolio.
As the Casino Bars Manager, you'll look after Aces, Sammy's Place, Rouge Bar, Poker and the Theatre Bar. You'll be responsible for day to day business and control of bar operations, rosters, budgeting, customer service standard, recruitment and staff training. You'll have 5 direct reports, with a wider team of over 120 staff and an operating budget of $7 million.
To be successful, you'll be a natural leader, inspiring your teams to delivery exceptional services and products to our guests. You'll be a strategic thinker and have proven experience in managing multiple outlets and have unparalleled knowledge of all aspects of Food and Beverage.
As we are a 24/7 business you must be flexible to work shifts including nights and weekend work. A current LCQ and GMs licence is also required.
