Our client is a Nation wide hotel chain with some of the best restaurants in the country to boot their outstanding service! This role will see you located at their Christchurch CBD site where they put out the best dry aged steak in town! Being a large hotel chain, with over 50 hotels across 14 cities the room to grow internally is simply unbeatable.
To be considered...
- You will have at least 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality food and beverage
- Ideally you will have a strong background in understanding hotel operations
- Attitude as always will be key to be successful - you are the face of the venue!
- You will have a warm and friendly customer focus
- Rostering experience is a must and costing would be an advantage
