L'affare is New Zealand's original coffee roaster. We supply our premium coffee to cafes and restaurants around the country.
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Wellington sales team.
This role is based in Wellington, looking after both the Wellington area and the Kapiti/Manawatu territory, so will include regular out of town travel.
You will spend most of your time out of the office growing our presence by prospecting for new business, promoting the brand and supporting customers through account management, barista training and equipment servicing.
This is a busy and exciting role within a well established company. You will work fairly independently within your territory and as part of the wider team to achieve common goals.
Requirements
Duties:
Sales - identifying potential customers, making sales approaches, and winning new business
Account Management - maintaining existing business
Technical Service - installing and maintaining (servicing) coffee machines at customer sites
Training - delivering coffee training at our site or customer sites
Events - promoting the brand at events
Skills and Experience:
Strong background in sales and/or coffee
Broad business experience
Understanding of the hospitality industry
Well developed planning and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain customer relationships
Focused and upbeat attitude
Electrical Application Serviceperson (EAS) qualification (can be acquired after commencement in the role)
Other:
Regular out of town travel (monthly)
Available for weekend callouts on a roster basis (once every 2 months)
Full, clean drivers license
