As a Store Manager at our Brown's Bay store, it will be your responsibility to engage and motivate a small team and ensure overall the store meets brand standards and that the customer experience is nothing short of exceptional.

To represent our brand, you will need to be:

• Passionate about delivering and driving excellent customer service
• Experienced at motivating and developing direct reports
• Able to read a profit and loss report as well as manage labour costs and complete stock ordering
• Driven to succeed and take ownership for the store and treat it like your own!
• Available to work a flexible 40 hour week that will include evenings and weekends to ensure you are across the way the store trades
• Someone with proven management experience
