You will be cooking for a varied number of onsite residents, managing the kitchen in the absence of the Lead Chef and helping to run a great team

For this role you will need:

• 5 years+ cooking experience
• A great personality to interact with the onsite residents
• Experience in stocktake and ordering
• Happy to work sole charge
• Good cooking and excellent baking skills needed
• To remain cool under pressure
• Understand menu planning and costing
• Be reliable and honest
• Work with management to provide the best possible food options for the residents.
• Understand and control the Food Control Plan
