We're on the hunt for a Jet Boat Driver - an adventurous soul who loves to share stories and wow our customers. Over three million people have experienced the world-famous Shotover Jet - how cool would it be to play a part in delighting the next three million?!

Shotover Jet is an iconic Queenstown attraction that takes visitors on breath-taking jet boat rides through narrow rocky canyons, amongst naturally stunning scenery, and features the world famous 360° spins. Now over 50 years old, Shotover Jet offers not only a unique experience for visitors, but also a workplace that is hard to beat.

We take great pride in warmly welcoming manuhiri (visitors) to our experiences. Manaakitanga (hospitality) is one of the core values that drives the way we do business. As hosts, we care for our customers and our team as our own whānau.

This is a permanent full time position based in Queenstown with a minimum two-year commitment.

A little bit about you

We're after someone who:

• cares about delivering amazing experiences for our visitors
• loves the outdoors
• plays nicely in a team
• is a natural entertainer
• is physically fit and mentally alert
• keeps cool under pressure
• is able to work shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• loves the 'Shotover red' colour!

If you laugh in the face of parallel parking, jet boat driving might be for you! There's more to it than that though, so we provide intensive training to ensure you can deliver safe and exciting trips on our 'Big Reds'.
