What is this role all about?

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to our most loyal Gold Plus Rewards members. You will be the familiar face that greets our regular customers on sight by name, developing and maintaining key customer relationships. To fulfil this role, you will demonstrate:

• A total commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• A personality that shines through, offering innovative products and services to make our customer’s rental experience the very best it can be
• The necessary drive to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• The ability to promptly identify and resolve Gold profile related issues
• A sense of responsibility that will relish the occasional opportunity to be the sole point of
contact at out Hertz airport booth

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this position, our new team member will need to be passionate about providing only the best customer service to our customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, time management, attention to detail and most importantly self-motivation. You must also:

• Have the legal right to work in New Zealand
• Be computer literate
• You must hold a full and current driver’s license with the ability to drive
both manual and automatic vehicles.
