ABI Rehabilitation has an opportunity for a Physiotherapist, Long Term Residential with a particular interest in rehabilitation to join our progressive interdisciplinary team. We are an accredited provider of post acute residential and community based rehabilitation for clients with traumatic brain injury and stroke.
The case load is varied and key areas include: goal setting, functional assessment and treatment, community reintegration, assessment and trial of equipment as appropriate including wheelchairs, education of clients, families and staff.
The successful applicant will have a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a minimum of two years experience working with clients who have neurological impairments, and experience in a rehabilitation setting.
You would also be expected to contribute to rehabilitation service planning and ongoing training and development of our staff.
