About the business
Orthotic Active is a division of the nationally based Orthotic Centre Ltd. The Active division focuses its clinical services on both ACC related referrals from other medical and sports physicians and client direct engagement. The introduction of new technologies along with high performing professional clinicians has led to the practice growing in demand.
About the role
We seek to employ a Practice Lead (based in our new premises in Morrin Rd, St Johns, Auckland) who is highly organised and customer service driven. Able to support the practice clinicians in optimising their clinical time the role is multi-faceted including management of clinics, overseeing pre-approval and follow up with ACC, liaison with medical professionals and referrers, co-ordination and reporting on some of the marketing activity being undertaken, managing patient and client feedback and constantly seeking process improvement. This role will also oversee the reception function.
