The Role
This is a Manager's role responsible for workflow management for staff as well as working on the more complex and high end compliance work and various projects and advisory work. You will work closely with the Partners and be fully supported in continuing to grow, learn and develop.
Duties
Your responsibilities will include:
Team management (reviewing, workflow, mentoring, training)
Client relationship management
Consulting work and working with Partners on various client projects
Technically complex compliance work
Skills and Experience
You will need to have a minimum of 5 years BAS experience in a highly reputed NZ CA firm, that is preferably medium sized or larger. And you will have at least 2 years experience as an AM or Manager in a CA firm. You may have worked for example at a big 4 firm then worked in a commercial role for 2 years and now you are ready to return to a CA environment. The BAS experience in a NZ CA firm is essential. Ideally you will also have had some exposure to IFRS.
